How to cure caries yourself

How to cure caries yourself?

"If you want to know how to cure caries yourself without going to the dentist, or how to simply, harmlessly and efficiently whiten teeth, then you are on the right side."

This method is suitable for everyone!!

I know it sounds too promising, but read the article to the end first. You see how less skeptical you become. If not, welcome in the comment section.

First, I researched how to get rid of the back pain myself (Spoiler alert: I did it, but we'll get to that later). And then I thought,

if there is already a method for this, can I maybe also cure my caries?

When I started the research, I had two infected teeth that have to be drilled at the next dental appointment.

I will not be an exception if I say that I can not stand when you need to put a seal and the sound of the drill itself gets on my nerves. By the way, I live in Europe, and here it is-the free seal will be black, and if you want a white one you will have to pay 140 euros. So there were enough reasons to search for a natural remedy for caries.

Almost immediately I discovered oil pulling.

Surprisingly, I found a lot of bloggers who have already cured caries not only for themselves but also for their children (to reviews .)

The positive Feedback on all these stories convinced me to try the oil pulling method right away. And after six months, when I came to my dentist's appointment, there was no drilling. The dentist had a funny look on his face. I can only guess that it has meant "one less customer" or something. So, I have already canceled my next appointment - no longer needed.

I hope you are now quite curious to learn the method of how to cure the teeth yourself. So, read on to how to treat caries by oil pulling. The questions and comments are welcomed :).

1. How oil pulling cures caries?

First, we look at what causes dental caries? The main reasons are:
  • the bacteria, whose number is from 1000 to 1 Million on each tooth, depending on how the teeth are brushed.
  • destruction of the integrity of the tooth enamel because tooth enamel protects the tooth from the outside.
  • Food leftovers in the mouth that serve as food for bacteria.

Now imagine the following, a glass of water with a few drops of oil on it. The oil floats without mixing with water. It is because the mass density of oil and water are totally different and therefore they repel each other.

And do you know how different the density of a bacterial cell membrane and oil is? The answer is: not really.

In the end, we have a simple and efficient method! The oil kills the bacteria, absorbs them, as well as toxins while preserving the enamel of your teeth (unlike toothpaste).

Your body does the rest of the work by healing itself. Not only teeth are healed, but also the organism in general. Because a healthy mouth means a healthy stomach and healthy digestion follows a healthy body.

2. How to do oil pulling right?

The procedure is simple: take a tea - or tablespoon (start with a smaller amount and increase it gradually) in the mouth and pulling the Oil between the teeth, without swallowing it (just like the Hamster on the right). See Sarah's Video for more DetailsSarah’s Video.

3. When, how long, and how often you need oil pulling to do?

When: Before Breakfast on an empty stomach, if the oil pulling is done once a day.
If you do oil pulling 2-3 times a day, then before eating on an empty stomach.

How long: A General recommendation is 15 – 20 minutes. But if it seems too long at first, start with 5 minutes and gradually increase the time. In the meantime, you can do something useful, for example, read a book :)

When the time is over spit out the oil. The oil should become a milky color. So you can see that toxins and bacteria have been absorbed.

Please be careful when using coconut oil. Coconut oil must not be spat into the sink, because it quickly becomes hard again and therefore stuffs the pipes. You spit it in the trash, compost, or organic waste.

How often: 1 time a day - if you are only interested in cleaning the mouth, tooth decay treatment, and teeth whitening.

If you do a course of treatment (for example, for arthrosis), then from 2 to 3 times a day.

4. Which oil to choose?

Any cold-pressed oil is suitable for use. That is, no matter what you take: sunflower oil, sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil, any nut oil, etc.

I repeat, since this is the most important-article thing - the oil should be cold-pressed.

If we look back at the origin of the method in India was used either sunflower or sesame oil.

In the beginning, I suggest focusing on the taste of oils. If it tastes good, then your Experiment could take longer. :).

5. Do I need to brush my teeth with toothpaste after rinsing?

It is not necessary to brush your teeth after rinsing with oil and toothpaste. If you are missing the usual freshness, use natural kinds of toothpaste without fluoride and saccharin. Whether you use toothpaste or not, you should brush your teeth with a toothbrush and rinse your mouth well (carefully). You can use this kind of irrigator.

Water Flosser

Himalaya Toothpaste

If we are already talking about a toothbrush, then we also should discuss which one is most suitable. Studies have shown that natural materials are less harmful to enamel and gums.1

We recommend either a bamboo brush or neem chewing sticks. Read about the advantages of chewing sticks.

Reviews.

MrShortGame Golf

Thanks to oil pulling, he cured caries and generally improved his health.

My personal favorite products he uses is fermented cod liver. Cod liver is the richest source of Vitamin A, which is necessary for healthy bones (also teeth). You will not find this amount of Vitamin A anywhere else. Plus, "fermented" means that the oil is extracted from the cell walls of the liver in a natural way, without chemical influence.

For me there are 2 disadvantages,
1. Strong Fish Taste. a glass of orange juice helps
2. Expensive. Our Team has found a cheaper option.

Not all bloggers are satisfied with oil pulling. For example, Leesa Unique says that she has noticed how the distance between teeth has increased after oil pulling. But she also says that she has had Diastema since childhood. So, it can also be a coincidence.

Benefits.

About the healing process of the oil has been known for a long time and by the Dr. med.F. Karach researched in Soviet times. Thanks to his research, the following oil healing effects have been proven:2

  • Treatment of headaches
  • Bronchitis
  • Tooth pain
  • DVT,
  • chronic blood diseases
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Paralysis
  • Eczema
  • Ulcer
  • Bowel
  • Heart and kidney diseases
  • Encephalitis (inflammation of the brain)
  • Women's disease
  • etc.

Dr. Karach himself was cured of a blood disease from which he had suffered for 15 years.

As a traditional Indian folk remedy, rinsing with oil has been used for many years to prevent:

  • Caries
  • Bad breath
  • Bleeding gums
  • dry throat
  • Cracks on the lips
  • to strengthen teeth, gums, and jaws.

As a Bonus for modern society:

  • Tooth whitening

Since tooth cleaning with the toothbrush is often contraindicated if you have an oral ulcer, fever, or indigestion or for those who have a tendency to vomit, Asthma, and cough. In this case "oil pulling could be a healthy Alternative".3

Harms.

There were no side effects associated with oral rinsing.4 So just do it!

7. Additional techniques: cleaning and strengthening the teeth.

When I wrote about the causes of caries, I identified three main causes: bacteria, damaged enamel, and food debris. Accordingly, the approach to the treatment of caries should be comprehensive.

First is the oil pulling (killing bacteria), second - mechanical cleaning (removing food residues and bacteria) and third - strengthening the bones, gums and enamel.

Mechanical cleaning.

Since ancient India, the teeth have been cleaned with toothbrush wood. The wood were taken from healthy trees without Branches and leaves. It were used the branches of certain types of trees, but we do not keep you from your own experiments.

The thickness of the chewing sticks should not be greater than the thickness of the small finger, and the length is about 22 cm.

The taste should vary according to your needs:

  • Atrophic and receding gums - bitter-sweet or astringent taste
  • pale and hypertrophic gums - tart taste

For use are suitable liquorice, palm and acacia species catechu, neem, myrobalans, caesalpinia bonduc, calotropis procera.

A lot of unfamiliar trees and shrubs, isn't it? You will find a list of chosen by our team chewing sticks below.

Modern studies have shown that all these wood species are antibacterial.

There were also studies that compared the effect of neem tree extract and modern toothpastes. The results are amazing! In addition, neem sticks had a more effective antibacterial effect than toothpastes, they also damaged the enamel less, and the recovery period of the gums was faster.

In a study of more than 2,000 Indian children (do you remember that children are too lazy to brush their teeth and eat a lot of sweets?) it was found that those children who cleaned their teeth with chewing sticks had a lower percentage of caries 5

8. Which vitamins are suitable for vegans?

Are you vegan? Then you can not take vitamins offered by bloggers. (Well, our list of herbal capsules and powders is actually already vegan).

We have made own research and found that most of the vitamins which necessary for healthy bones are A, C, E, K vitamins, and Omega acids.

As usual, all vitamins can be obtained from food. For example, Vitamin K can be found in soy products, A - in carrots, Omega acids in walnuts and flax seeds, Vitamin C - in all sour products like oranges and lemons.

Unfortunately, we do not always have access to all the ingredients. And to be completely honest, vitamins - it's easy

9. Summary

At the time of article publication, I do oil pulling every morning for more than 6 months. I can assure you that caries is beginning to decrease, and the teeth have become much whiter, despite the fact that I drink a lot of coffee (2-4 cups a day).

So, in order to cure caries yourself, you need to:

  • oil pulling in the morning on an empty stomach
  • then clean the teeth with a toothbrush without toothpaste (mechanical cleaning)
  • rinse mouth well (I use a water floss)
  • In the evening brush your teeth either simply with a brush without anything, or with natural toothpaste, or with small amount of coconut oil
  • take the Vitamins
